Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング１１の内部にダイアフラム１２
    を設け、このダイアフラム１２を前記ケーシング
    １１内部に印加した圧力に応じて移動可能とする
    とともに、前記ダイアフラム１２の移動に応じて
    前記ケーシング１１から延出したロツド２を出没
    させてロツド２の往復運動を軸８の回転運動に変
    換するターボチヤージヤーに用いられるダイアフ
    ラム式アクチユエータ１であつて、前記ロツド２
    に、倍力機構を配設するとともに、この倍力機構
    を介して前記軸８を回転させることを特徴とする
    ダイアフラム式アクチユエータ。 (2) 前記倍力機構は、前記ロツド２に設けた歯
    ４と、該歯４と噛合い係合する小歯車６と、該小
    歯車６と噛合い係合するとともに、前記軸８に連
    結されている大歯車７とから構成されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のダイアフラム式
    アクチユエータ。
