基準パルス信号を出力すると共に前記第１及び第
２の電圧信号が選択的に入力された各状態時に夫
々の電圧レベルに応じた周波数の第１のパルス信
号及び第２のパルス信号を出力する発振回路と、
この発振回路からの基準パルス信号、第１のパル
ス信号及び第２のパルス信号を計数して各計数結
果を夫々補正用数値信号、第１の数値信号及び第
２の数値信号として出力する計数手段と、前記第
１及び第２の数値信号の差に基づいて前記外部圧
力に対応する外部圧力対応値を演算すると共にそ
の外部圧力対応値を前記補正用数値信号に基づい
て補正する演算手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
