Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マニホールドと圧力センサとを通路で連絡
し、その通路の途中をマニホールド側空間部と圧
力センサ側空間部とに区画する部材を設け、その
部材が空気を浄化して通過させしかもマニホール
ド圧の変動により圧力センサ側の空間部の体積を
変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする圧力セン
サのフイルタ構造。 (2) 前記マニホールド側空間部と圧力センサ側
空間部とに区画する部材が、フイルタと、空気を
通さない可撓性の伸縮部材とから成ることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力
センサのフイルタ構造。 (3) 前記マニホールド側空間部と圧力センサ側
空間部とに区画する部材が、じやばら形状のフイ
ルタから成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の圧力センサのフイルタ構造。
