Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 酸素イオン導電性を有する濃淡電池用固体電解
    質を積層してなるプレート型の酸素濃度検出部の
    １つの面に一対の絶縁層間にヒータを挟んでなる
    ヒータ部を接合し、このヒータ部を更に前記固体
    電解質と同質の被覆層で被覆してなるヒータ付酸
    素センサにおいて、前記被覆層の外側に前記絶縁
    層と同質の反り防止層を設けたことを特徴とする
    ヒータ付酸素センサ。
