    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駐車場に設置された遮断機のアームに取り付け
    たカメラと、このカメラによつて得た画像を一時
    記憶する画像メモリと、この画像メモリに記憶さ
    れた画像を処理認識して自動車の車両番号を読取
    る文字読取装置と、この文字読取装置によつて読
    取られた結果の車両番号データを分類格納するデ
    ータベースシステムとを具備してなる駐車場管理
    装置。
