Claims (1)
- 密閉外囲器の中に配置したセラミツク管と、こ
のセラミツク管の中に設置した金属と、セラミツ
ク管の両端に配置した電極とを有し、放電により
セラミツク管を加熱して金属を蒸気化し放電のエ
ネルギーで金属蒸気を励起して発振させる金属蒸
気レーザにおいて、前記セラミツク管の内壁に金
属溜用の溝を設けたことを特徴とする金属蒸気レ
ーザ。
