ぞれ外径の異なる複数の平板筒状部材と、金属製
の波板を筒状にして形成され、それぞれ外径の異
なる複数の波板筒状部材とを、同心状に交互に配
置するとともに、前記平板筒状部材および波板筒
状部材をそれぞれ円錐台あるいは楕円錐台形状と
したことを特徴とするメタルハニカム担体。 (2) 平板筒状部材は、扇形状の平板片を端部に
おいて相互に溶接してなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のメタルハニカム担体。 (3) 波板筒状部材は、扇形状の波板片を端部に
おいて相互に溶接してなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項または第２項記載のメタルハニカム担体
