Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端にテーパ穴部が形成された収納孔を有

ルスタツドが設けられたツールシヤンクと、この
ツールシヤンクのプルスタツドを着脱自在に把持
して後方へ引つ張ることにより前記ツールシヤン
クをテーパ穴部に押圧嵌合させる締着部材と、該
締着部材の内部に設けられて前記プルスタツドを
押圧することにより前ツールシヤンクをテーパ穴
部より押し出すプツシユロツドとを備え、前記ツ
ールシヤンクとプツシユロツドの内部には冷却剤
を通過させるための貫通孔が形成されたスピンド
ルスルー形クーラント供給装置を有する工作機械
において、前記ツールシヤンクの後部側位置にお
ける該ツールシヤンクとテーパ穴部との間に、該
ツールシヤンクとテーパ穴部の嵌合間隙へ前記冷
却剤が侵入するのを防止するためのシール機構を
設けたことを特徴とする工作機械における主軸と
工具との装着部構造。 (2) 前記シール機構が、ツールシヤンクの外周
面に周溝を形成し、該周溝の内部に前記主軸のテ
ーパ穴部と密着するOリング又はUパツキン等の
シール部材を設けて成ることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の工作機械における
主軸と工具との装着部構造。 (3) 前記シール機構が、主軸の収納孔の内周面
に環状部材を設けるとともに、該環状部材の内周
面に周溝を形成し、該周溝に前記ツールシヤンク
の外周面と密着するOリング又はUパツキン等の
シール部材を設けて成ることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の工作機械における
主軸と工具との装着部構造。
