〔考案の目的〕
本考案は樹脂モールド型のモータ、トランス、
ソレノイドコイル等の電気機器、特にモールド機
器のリード引出台の改良に関するものである。本
考案の改良の対象となる従来のこの種の樹脂モー
ルド機器を樹脂モールドモータの場合について説
明する。第1図において、1は固定子鉄心、2は
コイル、3は引出しリード線、4は樹脂モールド
外被、5はリード線3の引出台である。引出台5
は第3図に示すように、リード線3をはめこむ複
数個の半円形の長溝6と、突起7とそのはめこみ
穴8とを1個づゝ有する2個1対の扁平台板5
a,5bを組合せた分割型であつて、5aと5b
は同一形状で両者の間に区別はなく、5aと5b
の長溝6によつてリード線3を保持し、5aの突
起7は5bのはめこみ穴8に、5bの突起7は5

るので除去作業が必要となり、生産性を著しく低
下させる。本考案はこのような現象(樹脂の漏
出)の発生するおそれのないリード線引出台を備
えた樹脂モールド機器を提供することを目的とす
