ル装置とアンカ部材との一方にループ状のホルダ
を設け、前記バツクル装置とアンカ部材の他方の
一部をこのホルダ内へ収容すると共にホルダ内で
揺動可能としてバツクル装置をアンカ部材へ揺動
可能に取り付けたことを特徴とするバツクル装置
