材に連結される第２位置との間を動くことができ
る保持手段と、外力が加わらない通常の状態にお
いて保持手段をして第１位置を確保せしめる付勢
手段と、弁と往復駆動部材とが離間する方向に加
わる外力を検出することにより保持手段をして第
１位置から第２位置に移動せしめる手段とを具備
