、複数のシリンダバレルが連結部を介して直列に
連なる水冷式多気筒内燃機関のシリンダブロツク
において、 前記シリンダバレル連結部に両端が開放された
筒状のケレンを鋳包みにより一体に設け、該ケレ
ンの両端部をウオータージヤケツト内に突出させ
て成り、前記筒状ケレンは断面長円形状体または
楕円形状体であつて、内部補強壁を一体に備えて
いることを特徴とする水冷式多気筒内燃機関のシ
リンダブロツク。 (2) 前記筒状ケレンのウオータージヤケツト内
への両端部突出長さは、一端側が他端側に比して
大きくなされていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項に記載された水冷式多気筒内
燃機関のシリンダブロツク。 (3) 前記シリンダブロツクで画成されるシリン
ダボアの内壁部が繊維強化層として形成されてい
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
