The binding file is equipped with a file cover formed in a cross-sectional opening shape that covers the contents to be bound, and a binding device (binder) installed near the base of the opening of the file cover. The corner portions of the letter shape are structured to be openable and closable, and the bent portions are formed by, for example, forming folds in the corner portions by embossing.

向に変りはない。In general, sheets of paper, documents, and documents with thin cover materials are made strong at the spine due to binding reasons such as stitching and gluing, but the tip on the opposite side is flexible and each sheet is It shifts or comes apart and has low rigidity. Therefore, when these are stored in files and placed on a bookshelf, their self-supporting strength is weak, and unless they are firmly clamped from both sides, the tips tend to collapse, especially when placed side by side and partially inserted or removed. The tendency becomes stronger. The file itself has a cursive shape on the spine, so it is strong enough to stand on its own, but if the open end is made of a thin cover material, it will bend easily if the weight of the document is applied to it, and it can become a habit. Encourages falling down. When a document with low self-supporting strength as mentioned above is inserted into such a file, the self-supporting strength of the leading edge is weak, but the strength of the self-supporting strength of the leading edge is still weak, and there is no change in the tendency of the leading edge to bend, crumble, or topple over. do not have.

For example, when transcribing items such as patent publications that have multiple numbers displayed, the transcription process is time-consuming and tedious due to the large volume.

To obtain a binding file that is attached with an L-shaped or abbreviated cover to increase its self-standing strength and is unlikely to collapse or fall when placed side by side on a bookshelf or the like. In addition, the binding file is used to increase the self-supporting strength of the binding section side and the opposite end, that is, the spine side, and furthermore, the entire cover or a part of it is made transparent so that the letters on the spine of the binding contents can be seen. This provides a file method that can be easily read.

As a result, the spine part has a self-supporting strength due to the file folding part, and the self-supporting strength of the file as a whole increases due to mutual complementation, and there is no risk of the file collapsing or toppling over when placed side by side on a bookshelf. In addition, the spine part of the document is on the open side of the file, and the cover that covers the spine part is transparent, so it can be easily read without opening the file. , the characters on the back can be read as they are.

It is formed in a shape or an abbreviated shape, and has a base side (5a) for attachment and a cover side (5b) that covers the open end, and the base side (5a) is supported on the open end of the cover. . Cover (5)
The simplest and most common way to support this is to provide a mounting hole (5e) on one of the L-shaped sides, the base (5a), so that it can be supported together with the contents. , the hole (5e) is cut out in a groove shape toward the base end (5c),
It can be inserted and removed freely, and if the thickness of the file changes, it can be easily replaced with a cover of an appropriate size. In this case, the cover can be easily inserted and removed if the cover is operated intentionally, but in order to prevent unintentional removal, a falling-off prevention means may be provided as described later.

。When items filed in this way are placed side by side on a bookshelf, the binding section side is given rigidity by sewing or gluing the contents (4) themselves, or by binding them together, and by reinforcing them by attaching a cover. Self-supporting strength and rigidity are imparted to the sides by the formation of the U-shaped bent portions, and self-supporting properties are ensured at both the bent portions and the open end of the file, that is, the binding portion side. Therefore, either the binding section side or the spine side can be used as the front side of the bookshelf, that is, the display surface, and independence is maintained in either case.

In this case, only some necessary parts, such as the back lettering, may be made transparent, or the entire cover may be colored transparent or opaque. Further, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 2(a), an extension part (lh) is provided at the tip of the first cover (1a) to protrude, and can be used as a display part for a title or the like. If you write a title on the spine and place it on a bookshelf with that side facing you, the spine of the book will not be visible when it is left on the bookshelf, but once you take it out of the bookshelf, you will not have to open each file. Even in this case, the characters on the back can be easily seen, and the effort required for searching can be saved compared to the conventional method.

For example, covers (5) corresponding to several thicknesses are prepared in advance and replaced as necessary. In both cases (Fig. 7 (b) and (d)), the front cover will retract slightly, but if it is set so that it can sufficiently cover the binding presser part, the adjacent files will overlap when loading and unloading in parallel. There is no risk of it getting caught in the presser. If the front cover is retracted and it is inconvenient to take it in and out, the problem can be easily solved by setting the front end of the cover long in advance. The binding band (2) and binding presser (3) may be replaced with commonly used binding strings, binder metal fittings, etc., and the degree of binding of the binding part will change depending on the method, but it will be more independent than before. There is no change in the fact that sexuality improves.

This makes it possible to adjust the file shape even when there is little content in the file. In FIG. 8(b), the top edge (5b) is slightly deformed to form a curved surface, taking into consideration the appearance. ) with a hole (5e) for inserting the hole (5e), Fig. 9 (
In b), a notch (5f) is provided in this hole (5e) in the shape of a groove toward the base end (5c), so that when attaching and detaching the booklet, the booklet is simply loosened and a slight gap is created without removing the booklet contents. Fig. 9(c) shows one in which the notch (5f) is oriented diagonally so that the weight of the cover (5) always exerts a stabilizing force in the insertion direction. (d) is large enough to allow the band (2) to pass through with the notch (5f) in between, and the hole has a lock-shaped step (5g) from the notch (5f). This shows something that is made to prevent it from falling off easily. In addition, although insertion is easy, accidental detachment is prevented by providing a drop-off prevention means that provides resistance to prevent spontaneous or easy detachment. In addition, the entrance part of the notch expands outward (5h
) to make it easier to insert. In the above, if the binding device does not use holes or the like and uses a clipping method, the cover (
5) requires no holes or notches.

It is also optional to provide a connector such as a snap button or a fastener to connect the files to further increase the rigidity and independence of the entire file.

トで取扱い易いファイルを得ることができる。As described above, in the present invention, one cover is sequentially folded so as to be able to hold bound contents such as thick books, and at least one of the open ends of the cover facing the folded part has a binding part. , and the binding section is equipped with a binding tool, so even when documents with weak self-supporting strength are stapled into a file using a thin cover material, the open end can be attached to the binding section and the cover. This provides rigidity and self-supporting strength, and the file bending section provides self-supporting strength at the tip, so the file as a whole has a high self-supporting strength, and there is no risk of it collapsing or falling over when placed side by side on a bookshelf. In addition, since the spine of the document is on the open side of the file, it can be easily read without opening the file, and if it is placed side by side on a bookshelf with the open end facing outward, the spine can be read while it is stored. Can be done. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the file cover material thick and strong in order to maintain its independence, and it is possible to obtain a file that is easy to handle at low cost due to features such as the ability to easily read the letters on the back of the bound contents. Can be done.
