Claims (1)
- 同軸に配列された挿口管と受口管とを加熱し、
相互に軸方向へ移動させて熱融着させる際、前記
挿口管及び受口管を支持するチヤツクであつて、
挿口管及び受口管に接するチヤツクの接触面軸方
向幅が、それぞれの管の肉厚と同一又はやや大き
い値とされ、かつ、挿口管側チヤツクの把持位置
が把持時の変形が加熱部に及ばない管中央方向位
置とされ、一方、受口側チヤツクの把持位置は挿
口管挿入深さよりやや奥方位置とされ、さらに受
口側チヤツクの受口端部側へは該受口外面と一定
間隔隔てて平行に延出する円筒状延出部が設けら
れて成り、前記挿口及び受口管用チヤツクは径方
向に２つ割れ可能とされて成ることを特徴とする
合成樹脂管熱融着機用チヤツク。
