Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力側偏波面保存光フアイバ１と出力側偏波面
    保存光フアイバ３の端面を、電界、磁界、温度ま
    たは超音波によつて複屈折または偏波面回転を生
    ずる変調器２を挾んで対向させ、測定装置５から
    直線偏光を入力側偏波面保存光フアイバ１を通し
    て変調器２に入射させ、２つの固有偏光軸方向に
    異なる位相変化を受けた光を出力側偏波面保存光
    フアイバ３を通して測定装置５に伝搬させる事と
    した測定系に於て、変調器２を挾む入力側偏波面
    保存光フアイバ１と出力側偏波面保存光フアイバ
    ３との固有偏光軸を９０°ねじれの位置に設けて
    いる事を特徴とする測定系の温度補償装置。
