  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リアシートのシートバツクにより車室と荷室と
    が仕切られ、該シートバツクの背面がほぼ水平と
    なるような前倒位置をとり得るように起倒自在と
    され、前記シートバツク背面上端部には荷止用の
    ガイド部材が起倒自在に設けられた自動車のリア
    シート装置において、 前記荷止用のガイド部材は、前記シートバツク
    背面上端部に軸支された本体と、該本体に一方が
    、前記シートバツクを起倒自在に設けたヒンジ部
    材の回転中心軸より前側に他方が夫々連結された
    連結部材とよりなり、前記シートバツクを前倒さ
    せると、前記連結部材を介して前記荷止用のガイ
    ド部材を、前記シートバツク背面上に立設し得る
    ように構成してなることを特徴とする自動車のリ
    アシート装置。
