第１図は本考案にかかる残圧抜きバルブを取り
付けたエア配管とホースを連結し、かつバルブ切
換弁を開いた状態を、部分的に破断して示す正面
図、第２図は同じく、バルブ切換弁を閉じて、エ
ア配管からホースを取り外した状態を、部分的に
破断して示す正面図、第３図は従来の切換バルブ
を取り付けたエア配管とエアツールホースの連結
構造を示す断面図、第４図は従来のエア配管とエ
アツールホースの着脱方法を概略的に示す斜視図
である。 １…残圧抜きバルブ、２…バルブ本体、４…バ
ルブ切換弁、６…小孔、１２…ホース、１３…ホ
ースジヨイント、１４…エア配管、２２…リング
部材、２４…内部通路、４２…切換ハンドル、４
６…バルブ通路、４８…圧力逃がし孔。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧縮エアにより駆動される装置に、圧縮エア供
給用のエア配管を連結するため、該エア配管に取
り付けられるバルブであつて、 バルブ本体の内部通路に配設され、該内部通路
と連通可能なバルブ通路と、該バルブ通路から分
岐した圧力逃がし孔を有するとともに、前記バル
ブ本体に取り付けられた切換装置により回動可能
とされたバルブ切換弁と、前記装置に対し圧縮エ
アの供給を停止させる時、前記圧力逃がし孔と一
致する位置のバルブ本体側壁に形成され、前記圧
力逃がし孔と外部とが連通可能とされた小孔から
なることを特徴とする残圧抜きバルブ。
