    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリングホイールの円形部分を覆う伸縮自
    在な断熱フイルムと、先端が該断熱フイルムの端
    部に固定され基端が前記ステアリングホイールの
    中心部に支持された回動アームと、該回動アーム
    の基端に連係し該回動アームに回動力を与えるモ
    ータと、該モータの作動、停止と回転方向の制御
    を行なう制御部と、該制御部に接続された温度セ
    ンサと、を備えたハンドルの電動カバー装置。
