Claims (1)
- ステアリングホイールとステアリングギヤボツ
クスの間を結び、ステアリングシヤフトと、該ス
テアリングシヤフトに自在継手を介して連結され
る中間シヤフトが、それぞれ回転可能かつ軸方向
へ収縮可能に配設され、ステアリングシヤフトを
貫通して回転可能に収納するコラムチユーブが、
軸方向へ収縮可能に構成されて前記ステアリング
シヤフトとともに２次衝突時のエネルギーを吸収
できるようにした車両用ステアリング装置におい
て、前記ステアリングシヤフトには、その外周部
に第１のストツパーを周方向へ突設する一方、前
記コラムチユーブには、その内周部に前記ストツ
パーが当接する第２のストツパーを周方向へ突設
してなることを特徴とする車両用ステアリング装
置。
