Claims (1)
- センサーコイルとコンデンサとからなる発振回
路の上記センサーコイルのインダクタンスが加え
られる荷重によつて上記センサーコイルに対する
コアの位置を変位させることによつて変化させる
ようになした重量センサー装置において、上記セ
ンサーコイルの近傍に、上記センサーコイルと磁
気結合し、上記センサーコイルに対して逆温度特
性の温度補償用コイルを設けたことを特徴とする
重量センサー装置。
