- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定物からの出力信号を第１周波数変換器で
第１局部発振器よりの局部信号により周波数変換
し、その周波数変換された信号を第２周波数変換
器で第２局部発振器よりの局部信号により周波数
変換して受信するスペクトラムアナライザにおい
て、 可変周波数発振器と、 その可変周波数発振器の出力を上記第２局部発
振器よりの局部信号により周波数変換し、上側波
帯と下側波帯とを選択することができる単側波帯
周波数変換器と、 その単側波帯周波数変換器の出力を上記第１局
部発振器の局部信号でビートダウンして上記被測
定物に対する試験信号を得る周波数変換器とを具
備するスペクトラムアナライザ。
