は、該円筒状部材Bの閉じられた端部の直径に対
して、その円周に沿つて徐々に隙間が大きくなつ
ていくような空間を形成し、前記液体が前記円筒
状部材A内に導入された後、該円筒状部材Aの開
口部と前記円筒状部材Bの閉じられた端部との隙
間を通つて、さらに前記円筒状部材Bに設けられ
た前記スリツトを通つて、前記円筒状部材Bの導
出部へと流出する流路を形成し、円筒状部材A又
はBを回転することによつて流量を変動させるよ
