４ａ，１４ｂは光電素子、５，５′はスキヤナス
イツチ。

Claims (1)
- チヤンネル毎に別個独立に設けた熱電対の起電
力を入力するノイズ除去用フイルタおよび発光素
子の光に基づいて発生した起電力を高抵抗を介し
て該ノイズ除去用フイルタに供給するフオトカプ
ラと、前記ノイズ除去用フイルタの出力をチヤン
ネル切換用のスキヤナスイツチを介して入力し予
じめ記憶した前記熱電対の通常起電力と比較して
該熱電対の断線を判定する断線判定回路と、各チ
ヤンネルの発光素子を駆動する共通電源を備えた
熱電対断線検出装置。
