Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an oil-base make-up cosmetic giving make-up having improved durability without lowering the color-developing property, spreadability and make-up effect, by compounding a 2-3-valent metal, its salts and/or hydroxide with an aqueous solution of alginic acid and an oil component. 油性化粧料の長所である鮮明な発色、優れた付着性を損
なうことなく化粧くずれを解消する方法が強く望まれて
いた。
