Claims (1)
- 透視用開口部を有する加圧加熱調理容器の蓋本
体と、周囲に環状空間を介して前記開口部内に嵌
合される透明ガラスブロツク体と、前記環状空間
で上下に重ね合わされてねじで締着され外周縁部
で前記蓋本体の前記開口部の開口縁を挾着し内周
縁部で前記ガラスブロツク体の外周縁部を挾着し
た上下の環状金具と、前記ガラスブロツク体と前
記上下環状金具の内周縁部間に介在させたパツキ
ングとよりなることを特徴とする加圧加熱調理容
器の蓋。
