り被包され、さらにその外周部を被覆するように

形成すべく接着固定されているとともに、両端に
矢尻状の抜け止め片を形成し、本体外皮の合せラ
インに沿い、適宜間隔をおいて本皮外皮内に挿し
込み固定されるコ字状の係止部材と、この係止部
材を連結する連結片とからなる止め具により、本
皮外皮の端末合せ部分を固定するようにしたこと
