ａ図及び第６ｂ図は、各々異なる変形実施例を示
す部分拡大図である。第７ａ図及び第７ｂ図は、
従来の可動部の構造の一例を示す縦断面図である

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシング、該ケーシングに固着された磁
    性体コア、該磁性体コアに磁束を供給する電気コ
    イル、前記ケーシングに外周部が固定された膜も
    しくは板状の可撓性支持手段、及び該可撓性支持
    手段に支持され前記磁性体コアに対向配置された
    可動部、を備える電磁弁装置において： 前記可動部が、弁座に対向する側にフランジが
    形成された第１部材；該第１部材の少なくとも前
    記フランジの前記磁性体コア側の面に接して配置
    され、その一部に前記可撓性支持手段が結合され
    た弾性材料でなる第２部材；及び前記第１部材に
    一部が結合され、前記第１部材の少なくとも一部
    の外側を覆う形で配置された磁性体でなる第３部
    材、を備えることを特徴とする電磁弁装置。 (2) 前記第２部材は、前記可動部の弁座と対向
    する面を含む、前記フランジの全体を覆う形で配
    置された、前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
    記載の電磁弁装置。 (3) 前記第３部材は、前記第１部材の前記フラ
    ンジとは反対側の端部と結合する開口が中央部に
    形成されたカツプ形状を有する、前記実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の電磁弁装置。 (4) 前記可撓性支持手段を案内する面が、その
    面と前記可撓性支持手段との当接領域が前記可動
    部の位置変化に応じて少なくとも２種類に変化す
    る形状に形成された、前記実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項、第(2)項又は第(3)項記載の電磁弁装
    置。
