を有するとともに、この高分子フイルムの中間位
置に誘電体多層膜を形成し、第1の光導波路及び
レンズ組からの光が誘電体多層膜を透過した上で
第2の光導波路及びレンズ組に受け入れられるよ
うに配置し、かつ第3の光導波路及びレンズ組は
第1の光導波路及びレンズ組からの光が前記誘電
体多層膜で反射して受け入れるように配設し、か
つ前記各光導波路に対応して前記高分子フイルム
に夫々光フアイバを接続したことを特徴とする光
