  1. 一方の基板に薄膜トランジスタを形成してなる
    ＴＦＴ型カラー液晶表示装置において、赤、緑、
    青、黒４色にて形成されるカラーフイルターの黒
    パターンを所望の厚さに形成するとともに、前記
    黒パターンにて基板間隔を一定に保つためのスペ
    ーサとしたことを特徴とするＴＦＴ型カラー液晶
    表示装置。
