Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 折機によつて２つ折りにされたウエブを天地
方向に定形判の印刷物に対応する一定長さに裁断
するとともに、変形判の印刷物を裁断するために
定形判の寸法の裁断印刷物から天地方向の一部を
トリミングするための印刷機の裁断装置であつて
、一定速度で回転し定形判の印刷物に対応する正
規寸法裁断用のカツター刃を備えたカツター胴と
、このカツター胴に一定速度で回転し前記正規寸
法裁断用のカツター刃を受ける刃受部を備えたカ
ツター受胴とを対向配置せしめ、前記カツター受
胴に、トリミング用のカツター刃を前記カツター
胴のカツター刃に対して位相をずらして設けると
ともに前記両カツター刃によつて裁断されたトリ
ム片を保持するためのトリム片保持部材を前記両
カツターの位相のずれの中間に位置するように設
け、前記トリム片保持部材によつて保持されたト
リム片をカツター受胴の回転に伴つて外部に排出
するようにしたことを特徴とする印刷機の裁断装
置。 ２ 前記カツター受胴に隣接して前記カツター受
胴からのトリム片を受けて外部に排出するための
トリム片排出胴を設け、このトリム片排出胴に前
記カツター受胴からのトリム片を受けて所定位置
で解放するためのトリム片受装置を備えているこ
とを特徴とする実用新案請求範囲第１項記載の印
刷機の裁断装置。
