Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 可動磁性体と、制動ばねと、制動液を収納
し、かつキヤツプで密閉した非磁性容器を備えた
電磁装置において、上記キヤツプの一部に段差を
設けるとともに、該キヤツプの外周部と上記非磁
性容器の外周部をレーザー溶接にて接合したこと
を特徴とする電磁装置。 (2) 非磁性容器の材料が、非磁性ステンレス鋼
、またはアルミニウム、アルミニウム合金である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の電磁装置。
