- ユニツト住宅の基礎に切欠きを形成し、該切欠
きにこれを内外に仕切る網状部材を設けて換気孔
を構成し、該換気孔には上方から基礎天端に差渡
すようにキヤツプを覆嵌したことを特徴とするユ
ニツト住宅の基礎換気孔。
