Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長手状のブロツクであつて作動流体を供給
    する供給路および該作動流体を排出する排出路が
    内部に設けられるとともに、該供給路および排出
    路に連通する複数の供給ポートおよび排出ポート
    が本体取付面の予め定められた位置に形成されて
    いるマニホールドを備え、該マニホールドの前記
    供給路と排出路との間に一対の配管を介して直列
    に配設されたアクチユエータを作動させる流体回
    路において、前記一対の配管の何れか一方に直列
    に介在させられて、該配管内を流通する前記作動
    流体の流量または流体圧を切り換える装置であつ
    て、 前記作動流体の流量または流体圧を切り換える
    ためのバルブが内蔵されているとともに、被取付
    面には、前記マニホールドの本体取付面に固設さ
    れた場合に前記供給ポートや排出ポートと対向さ
    せられる位置を含んでバルブポートが形成されて
    いるバルブプレートと、 前記マニホールドの本体取付面に固設される被
    取付面と、前記バルブプレートの被取付面が固設
    される取付面とを有するとともに、該取付面には
    前記バルブポートと対向する位置にサブポートが
    形成されており、該サブポートは、前記マニホー
    ルドの前記供給ポートおよび排出ポートと対向し
    ない位置に形成された連結ポートに連通させられ
    、該連結ポートを介して前記配管に直列に介在さ
    せられるサブプレートと を有することを特徴とする流体回路の切換装置
    。 (2) 前記バルブプレートは逆止弁付流量調整弁
    を内蔵して作動流体の流量を切り換えるものであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流体回
    路の切換装置。
