ケース内の前記貯水槽の上方部に底部全面にて透
水可能で冷凍物が収容されるラツクを上下に複数
段備え、前記冷凍物に対して解凍用水を散水して
同冷凍物を解凍する解凍装置において、前記貯水
槽として第１、第２の２つの貯水槽を備え、前記
各ラツクのいずれか２つのラツク間には流下する
解凍用水を収水して前記第１の貯水槽へ排出する
第１の収水皿を備えるとともに、最下段のラツク
の下方には流下する解凍用水を収水して前記第２
の貯水槽へ排出する第２の収水皿を備え、かつ前
記第１の貯水槽の解凍用水を前記第１の収水皿よ
り上方のラツクに供給する第１の供給手段と、前
記第２の貯水槽の解凍用水を前記第１の収水皿よ
り下方のラツクに供給する第２の供給手段とを備
