中に開口した吐水管を高圧水ポンプを介してその
他端が前記導水環の上流側に開口するように配設
すると共に、一端が該吐水管の導水環側付近内に
開口した空気吹込管を調節弁を介してその他端が
大空中に開口するように配設したことを特徴とす
