Description

請求の範囲 １ ねじ溝を備え、びんの首部から半径方向に大
きく突出している口部を有するびんのためのプラ
スチツク製蓋であつて、内面にびんの前記ねじ溝
とかみ合うねじ溝を備えた筒状部と、この筒状部
の一端を閉塞すべく当該一端に設けられた頭部
と、一端で前記筒状部の他端の環状端面の厚み方
向における当該環状端面のほぼ中央位置に結合さ
れた複数の分離可能な筒状部よりも薄い連結部
と、一端で連結部の他端に接続された環状の支持
部と、該環状の支持部の他端に接続されたヒンジ
部と、ヒンジ部に接続され蓋の内側に折曲げられ
ている複数の舌片とからなり、前記各舌片は、前
記蓋がびんに装着されているときにびん口部の突
出部の下端に当接し、前記蓋を取外す際には前記
突出部に保持されるべく前記ヒンジ部に接続され
た基部と、該基部に接続されており、前記蓋を最
初に取りはずす際に、前記環状の支持部が確実に
分離すべく、前記各舌片の基部を前記突出部の下
端に確実に係合させるために、該突出部の外面と
該環状の支持部内面との間で圧着されており、厚
さが前記基部より薄い延長部とから構成されてお
り、前記ヒンジ部は厚さが前記環状の支持部及び
基部のいずれよりも薄く形成されていることを特
徴とする蓋。
２ 前記舌片は前記環状の支持部と鋭角をなすよ
うに蓋の内側に折曲げられている請求の範囲第１
項に記載の蓋。
３ ねじ溝を備え、びん首部から半径方向に大き
く突出している口部を有するびんのためのプラス
チツク製蓋であつて、内面にびんの前記ねじ溝と
かみ合うねじ溝を備えた筒状部と、この筒状部の
一端を閉塞すべく当該一端に設けられた頭部と、
一端で前記筒状部の他端の環状端面の厚み方向に
おける当該環状端面のほぼ中央位置に結合された
複数の分離可能な筒状部よりも薄い連結部と、一
端で連結部の他端に接続された環状の支持部と、
該環状の支持部の他端に接続されたヒンジ部と、
ヒンジ部に接続され蓋の内側に折曲げられている
複数の舌片とからなり、前記各舌片は、前記蓋が
びんに装着されているときにびん口部の突出部の
下端に当接し、前記蓋を取外す際には前記突出部
に保持されるべく前記ヒンジ部に接続された基部
と、該基部に接続されており、前記蓋を最初に取
り外す際に、前記環状の支持部が、確実に分離す
べく、前記各舌片の基部を前記突出部の下端に確
実に係合させるために、該突出部の外面と該環状
の支持部内面との間で圧着されており、厚さが前
記基部より薄い延長部とから構成されており、前
記ヒンジ部は厚さが前記環状の支持部及び基部の
いずれよりも薄く形成されており、前記蓋はびん
口部を確実に密閉すべく内部に内蓋を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする蓋。
４ 前記内蓋はびん口部の内面を押圧すべく前記
頭部内面に設けられた環状のスカート状部からな
る請求の範囲第３項に記載の蓋。
５ 前記内蓋は、前記頭部内面に結合され下方に
伸び、びん口部の内面の最小径より僅かに小さい
外径を有する円筒と、該円筒下部の外面に周接さ
れ外径がびん口部の内面の最大径より僅かに大き
い環状の縁部とからなり、該環状の縁部と前記円
筒下部のいずれもがびん口部の内面を押圧する請
求の範囲第３項に記載の蓋。
６ 前記内蓋は、前記筒状部の内面に備えられた
ねじ溝の上部に周接され、びん口部の外面上部を
押圧する環状の縁部である請求の範囲第３項に記
載の蓋。
明細書 本発明はびんの首部から半径方向に大きく突出
している口部を有するびんのためのプラスチツク
製蓋に係る。本発明は包装材料の技術分野に関連
する。
ねじ蓋によつて閉じられた容器の中味に対する
不正操作を防ぐための安全手段を含むねじのつい
た蓋装置は数多く知られている。
一般に、ほぼ万国共通に規格化された型の、
「ピルフアプルーフ（Pilferproof）」の名で公知
の開口部を有するびん上に取付けられるこれらの
蓋は場合によつては封止シールを備えるねじのつ
いた蓋と、ねじのついた蓋の側面の下部に対して
分離可能であるように結合された環状安全テープ
とを含んでいる。蓋を外そうとする試みはいずれ
も安全テープの分離をひきおこす。
元来これらの密封蓋は金属特にアルミニウムで
作られており、蓋をねじ締めした後安全テープが
機械装置によつてびんの口にはめ込まれていた。
現在ではこの種の蓋はアルミニウムの代りに熱
可塑性重合体を用いる傾向があるが、その本来の
弾性のため単純なはめ込みには適していない。
それ故密封テープのはめ込みを確実に行うため
いくつかの解決法が考案された。
フランス特許第2282378号及びフランス特許第
2467790号では熱い噴気流により密封テープを熱
収縮させている。
この方法はびん詰作業列及び蓋の装着作業列に
さらに補助工程を追加することを必要とし、作業
列がたまたま停止するようなことがあれば、栓の
全体的な溶解をひき起こす危険があり、安全装置
の具備が余儀なくされる。さらに、収縮したテー
プは外観上からも不快である。
フランス特許第2439140号では、密封テープは、
蓋をびん開口部にねじ止めする時、密封テープの
上縁がびんの首部の突出部に押当するように蓋の
内側に折り曲げられている。蓋のねじをゆるめた
ときこのように固定されたテープは蓋の側面から
分離されるようになつているがテープが分離せず
に取外される危険がある。
本発明の目的はこの問題を解決することであつ
て、びんの首部から半径方向に大きく突出してい
る口部を有するびんへの装着を簡単に行い得ると
同時に開口の際、びん口部下端に当接する舌片を
支持する環状の支持部を確実に分離し得る蓋を提
供することにある。
本発明の前記目的は、ねじ溝を備え、びんの首
部から半径方向に大きく突出している口部を有す
るびんのためのプラスチツク製蓋であつて、内面
にびんのねじ溝とかみ合うねじ溝を備えた筒状部
と、この筒状部の一端を閉塞すべく当該一端に設
けられた頭部と、一端で前記筒状部の他端の環状
端面の厚み方向における当該環状端面のほぼ中央
位置に結合された複数の分離可能な筒状部よりも
薄い連結部と、一端で連結部の他端に接続された
環状の支持部と、該環状の支持部の他端に接続さ
れたヒンジ部と、ヒンジ部に接続され蓋の内側に
折曲げられている複数の舌片とからなり、前記各
舌片は、前記蓋がびんに装着されているときにび
ん口部の突出部の下端に当接し、前記蓋を取外す
際には前記突出部に保持されるべく前記ヒンジ部
に接続された基部と、該基部に接続されており、
前記蓋を最初にはずす際に、前記環状の支持部が
確実に分離すべく、前記各舌片の基部を前記突出
部の下端に確実に係合させるために、該突出部の
外面と該環状の支持部内面との間で圧着されてお
り、厚さが前記基部より薄い延長部とから構成さ
れており、前記ヒンジ部は、厚さが環状の支持部
及び基部のいずれよりも薄く形成されていること
を特徴とする蓋によつて達成される。
第１図から第４図は本発明のプラスチツク製蓋
の断面図である。
第３図はさらに本発明の蓋の第一の密閉手段を
も示す。
第５図及び第６図は第二の密閉手段の軸方向半
断面図である。
第７図は第三の密閉手段の軸方向半断面図であ
る。
本発明の蓋は頭部１及び栓をされる容器のねじ
溝と共働するねじ溝３を備えた筒状部２を含む
（第１図）。筒状部２の下部には、それ以後に蓋を
外す際の破壊点となる複数の連結部５を介して環
状の支持部４がつながれている。
環状の支持部４は下部の連続環形部分４Ａで一
種の継手をなす薄いヒンジ部７を介して上部環形
部分４Ａと結合する複数の舌片６に接続されてい
る。これらの舌片６はさらに基部８と薄い延長部
９を含む。
舌片６は第１図の位置に成形される。即ち上方
へ折曲げられる。型出し作業中はこれらの舌片は
第２図の垂直位置をとる。型出しが終了すると舌
片は固有弾性により、ヒンジとしてはたらくヒン
ジ部７に沿つて折曲げられ、第１図の位置に導か
れる。このようにして舌片は環状の支持部と鋭角
をなすように蓋の内側にむかつて折り曲げられ
る。
蓋をびん口部１０にねじ締めする時（第３図及
び第４図）、舌片６はびん口部の突出部１１のた
めの折れ曲がつて環状の支持部４に押しつけら
れ、ねじ締め終了時点で基部８は突出部１１の縁
１２を越える（第３図）。
舌片６は弾力により蓋を外そうとするあらゆる
作用によりびん口部の突出部下端に強く押しつけ
られる。蓋が取り外される際には舌片６の薄い延
長部９は環状の支持部４と突出部１１との間に圧
着されているから、基部８は下方へ抜け出ること
ができず、従つて連結部５の破壊は避けがたく、
蓋の最初の開封の明確な証拠となる。
このプラスチツク製蓋は上述の環状の支持部と
共に、密閉手段をも含んでいる。
第一の密閉手段は、蓋のねじ締め時にびんの口
部の内面に押当たる環状のスカート１３である。
第二の密閉手段は（第５図及び第６図）特に効
果が優れており、蓋の頭部１の内面に結合された
内蓋１４によつて密閉を実現しており、この内蓋
１４は円筒部１５と環状の縁部１６とからなる。
円筒部１５の外径はびん口部内面の最小径１７よ
り僅かに小さい。環状の縁部１６の外径は、蓋が
ねじ締めされる時びん口部の上端に対してこの環
状の縁部１６の先端がまず衝止されるべく、びん
口部内面の最大径より僅かに大きい。この場合の
最大及び最小とはびん製造の寸法の許容偏差に対
応した値である。
例として、工業的実例をあげれば、内径が16.7
mmから19mmであるびん口部の場合、円筒部１５は
外径16.3mmであり、環状の縁部１６の外径は19.5
mmでである。
蓋をねじ締めする際、円筒の下部１８は環状の
縁部１６がびん口部の上端に衝止するまで軽い遊
隙をもつて入り込み（第５図）、次にねじ締めが
続行すると、環状の縁部１６は上方に傾いて円筒
部の下部１８をスカート形状に拡げながら口部に
入り込み、この下部１８は口部の内面下部に当接
する。このようにして環状の縁部１６及び円筒部
の下部１８によつて２重密閉が得られる。第６図
から分る如く密閉効果は矢印で示す向きの弾性力
により得られる。加圧気体を含む容器の場合、内
部圧力はさらに円筒部の下部１８を口部の内壁に
押圧させ、環状の縁部１６は第二の密閉を維持す
る。好ましくは環状の縁部１６はこの弾性効果を
強調するような方法で下方に向けられる（第５
図）。
第三の密閉手段（第７図）はこのびん口部の先
端の丸味部とねじ溝の開始部との間に含まれるび
ん口部の外面上に密閉性をつくる。蓋の筒状部２
のねじ溝の上部に結合された環状の外周縁部１９
はびん口部の外壁上に、蓋がねじ締めされる時か
なり強く当接するように内部に向かつて延びる。
蓋をねじ締めする縁部１９の先端は口部の外壁を
押圧し、上方に反り返る。縁部１９は停止位置で
弾性効果を増加すべく好ましくは下方に向けられ
る。第三の密閉手段の利点は、密閉性の再現性に
優れていることである。
密閉手段、とくに上記の３種の手段のいずれか
１つ又はそれらのいずれかを結合して備える本発
明の蓋はポリプロピレンの如き熱可塑性重合体を
成型して簡単に作製し得る。その密封装置は安全
性を提供し、すべての自動びん詰作業列に完全に
適合する。本発明の蓋は容器に、その外観を損う
ことなく適用することができる。
本発明のプラスチツク製蓋の舌片は薄く折曲げ
られやすいヒンジ部を介して環状の支持部に接続
されているので、蓋のびん口部への装着が容易に
行い得る。また本発明の舌片はびん口部に装着さ
れたときに、びん口部の突出部の下端に当接する
基部と該突出部の上部で環状の支持部とびん口部
外面との間に圧着される薄い延長部とからなるの
で、蓋を取外す際に、舌片が内側下方に折れ曲つ
たり、びん口部の突出部下端から外側にはずれる
ことがない。従つて舌片を支持する環状の支持部
は上方への移動が阻止されたより確実に蓋から分
離される。さらに本発明のプラスチツク製蓋は内
部に内蓋を備えているのでびん口部の密閉性に優
れている。
