Claims (1)
- 屈曲振動を行う矩形圧電磁器振動子の両面中央
部に夫々円錐状共振子を取付け、振動子支持用の
サポート、及び電気信号授受用の端子を設けたス
テムの振動子設置面に、駆動周波数に共振する空
洞を設け、該円錐状共振子の一方を、該空洞の対
向位置に設置し、他方の円錐状共振子を音響軸方
向に向けて外筐ケースへ組み込む構造としたこと
を特徴とする空中超音波送受波器。
