ーク、４はテーブル、６は回転保持部、１２は主
軸、１４は平行リンク、１８ａ，１８ｂは圧縮ば
ね、１９は調整ねじ、２０は刃具。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バリ取り機械２に支持されたワーク３の近
    傍に、ワーク３と同期して回転する倣いカム２６
    を設け、この倣いカム２６によりテーブル４をワ
    ーク３の接離方向へ倣い動作させて、上記テーブ
    ル４上に設けた主軸ユニツト１の主軸１２に取付
    けられた刃具２０により上記ワーク３のバリ取り
    を行うバリ取り機械において、上記主軸ユニツト
    １の曲線をワーク３の曲線に対して所定角度θ傾
    斜させると共に、主軸１２を回転自在に支承する
    回転保持部６を平行リンク１４によりワーク３の
    接離方向へ移動自在に支承してなるバリ取り機械
    の主軸ユニツト装置。 (2) 上記平行リンク１４にそれぞれ各リンク１
    ４ａ，１４ｂを反対方向に付勢する圧縮ばね１８
    ａ，１８ｂを設けて、これら圧縮ばね１８ａ，１
    ８ｂのばね力を調整ねじ１９により調整すること
    により、ワーク３に対する刃具２０の押付け力を
    調整するようにしてなる請求項１記載の主軸ユニ
    ツト装置。 (3) 上記主軸ユニツト１が設けられたテーブル
    ４をワーク３の軸線方向にも移動できるようにし
    てなる請求項１記載の主軸ユニツト装置。
