Measures were taken such as injecting a liquid solution into tatami mats, etc., or placing paper impregnated with organic phosphorus insecticides under the wires and tatami mats.

There was a problem in that it was not clear whether the spray was being delivered or not, and there was also the problem that the spray liquid would scatter to unnecessary areas. Also, when injecting a liquid containing insecticide onto tatami mats or floors, the injected liquid only partially seeps into the floor, making it unsuitable for exterminating large areas; , and the work was extremely troublesome.

。In addition, sheets such as kraft paper and non-woven fabric impregnated with insecticides are only impregnated with the insecticide in the gaps between their fibers, and the release of the insecticide is not controlled, so the effect does not last long. There was a problem that sex was not expected. In addition, since the drugs are easily exposed directly, there are many opportunities to touch them with hands, resulting in the problem of contamination of the living environment with the drugs.

Therefore, the insect extermination effect lasts for a long time, and at the same time, a large amount of the chemical is not released at once. Furthermore, since there is a sheet-like support and a breathable covering sheet on both sides of the polyurethane resin layer for sustained release of the drug, the drug does not come into direct contact with the living environment, making it highly safe. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, the polyurethane resin is located between the sheet-like support and the covering sheet, and also serves as an adhesive for bonding them together.
以下に本発明の実施例について詳述する。 Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below.

Since the support 1 is made of a laminated polyethylene film, the liquid polyurethane resin does not ooze out, and the drug does not easily leak out. As the sheet-like support 1, various other sheets such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate film, synthetic resin foam sheet, etc. can be used. However, since polyurethane cannot be used if it is corroded by the pest control chemicals contained in it, it is necessary to select a synthetic resin film or foam sheet with good chemical resistance.

Polyurethane resin is a two-component reaction product of polyol and polyisocyanate, and polyols include polyethers such as polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polytetramethylene glycol, and block copolymers and random copolymers thereof. Polyols are used. Furthermore,
A polyfunctional polymer obtained by grafting the polyether polyol onto glycerin or trimethylolpropane can also be suitably used. Further, these polyols do not necessarily have to be in liquid form, but in consideration of ease of processing, it is desirable that they be in liquid form.

A polyfunctional polyol with isocyanate groups at its terminals by a normal urethane reaction is used. Isocyanates include 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate (TDI), xylylene diisocyanate (XDr), and hexamethylene diisocyanate (H
MD r), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI

It is desirable that at least one of the polyisocyanates is trifunctional or higher, and the molecular weight of the segment of at least one of the polyol and the polyisocyanate is 200.
It is desirable to set it to 0 or less. Both segments are 2

A predetermined number of pest control sheets of the present invention cut into squares were added, stirred thoroughly, and then stored in an environment with a humidity of 80% and a temperature of 25°C. After a certain period of time had elapsed, 0.1 g of the medium was taken, the number of live mites was examined, and the proliferation rate was calculated from the following formula.

As is clear from the results, the drug maintains its efficacy over a long period of time, suppresses the proliferation of mites, etc., and has a remarkable effect as a pest control sheet. In addition, the sheet of the present invention can be widely spread under tatami mats, line types, etc., and is easy to work with. Moreover, due to the adhesive role of the polyurethane resin, which is the drug layer, the sheet-like support, Since a covering sheet is attached to the other side, the drug does not come into contact with hands, and there is almost no risk of contaminating the living environment, making it an excellent product with a high level of safety.
