- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ねじ部の表面に、亜鉛ニツケルめつきによ
り形成され、山部における肉厚が大きく谷部にお
ける肉厚が小さい内層と、有機―無機複合体の塗
膜により形成され、山部における肉厚が小さく谷
部における肉厚が大きい外層とが積層されている
、 耐食性被膜を有するねじ部品。 (2) 前記有機―無機複合体が、水分散性シリカ
、アクリル酸付加ポリエチレン、及びアルコキシ
シラン化合物からなる混合物の反応物である、 請求項１記載の耐食性被膜を有するねじ部品。 (3) 前記内層と外層との間に亜鉛クロメート層
が設けられている、 請求項１又は２記載の耐食性被膜を有するねじ
部品。
