１９は重置面、２１，２５は固定台、２２は載置
面、２３は形アーム、２４はアダプタ、３１は
テーパ端面、４２はヘツド、４３はシリンダ、５
５は加圧治具、５６は押し片、５７は押しネジ、
５８はバネ、６５は芯押し具、８５はベース、８
６はレーザダイオード素子、８７は固定ネジ孔、
９５はホルダ、９６は球レンズ、９７は光フアイ
バである。
実施例、第３図は従来の一例の光部品組立用治具

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 重置させる２個の部材を、光軸を揃えて溶接固
定するのに用いる光部品組立用治具において、 部材Ａ１１を重置面１９を上向きに固着させる
手段を備えた、水平面の直交二軸微調整台２と、 該部材Ａ１１の上に重置させた部材Ｂ１２の外
周縁部１８に、上から降りて来て接触し押し付け
るテーパ端面３１を有する押し爪３の複数個を、
前記外周縁部１８の外周を囲む如く配設させ、上
下方向可動且つ押圧を加える手段を備えた押圧ヘ
ツド４とからなることを特徴とする光部品組立用
治具。
