- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 原稿像を感光記録媒体に露光する露光装置とは
別個に設けられ、原稿像情報を持たない光を照射
する光源と、同光源からの光を前記媒体に露光す
る光導波路手段とからなる副露光装置であつて、 前記光導波路手段と感光記録媒体との間もしく
は光源と光導波路手段の間に、光源からの光を透
過させて波長分布を変換するフイルタを配設した
ことを特徴とする副露光装置。
