  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回動するユニツトに付勢力を与えるために
    捩じりコイルバネを用いる画像記録装置の開閉装
    置において、捩じりコイルバネの少なくとも一方
    の端部が画像記録装置の基板に係止される位置に
    捩じりコイルバネの支持軸を設けたことを特徴と
    する画像記録装置の開閉装置。 (2) 上記捩じりコイルバネの支持軸を回動する
    ユニツトの支点軸とは異ならせたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の画像記録
    装置の開閉装置。
