    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 粉粒体輸送管と粉粒体ホツパの間に設置された
    粉粒体供給弁、上記粉粒体ホツパの上流側の粉粒
    体輸送管に設けられた空気流量検出器、及び同空
    気流量検出器の信号を受けて上記粉粒体供給弁の
    開度を制御する弁開度制御機構を具備することを
    特徴とする粉粒体の真空輸送装置。
