了行程に前記ピストンとシリンダの気密性を有す
る部分が作用する様にシリンダへの流体の導通孔
を削成してピストンの動作速度を制御し、ねじ等
の分離供給動作を改良する様に構成したピストン
―シリンダ機構を有することを特徴とする頭付棒
