各昇降移動体に前記処理槽の配列方向と直交する
水平方向に沿つて軸芯回りに所定角度回動自在に
支持された支軸と、これら各支軸に固定されて前
記昇降移動体の昇降により前記被処理物に係合離
脱可能な係合体と、前記各支軸から半径方向外向
きに突出するアームと、前記各支柱に固着されて
周端に前記アームの先端部が当接するほぼ矩形の
カム板と、前記昇降移動体に取付けられて前記支
軸の回動速度を調整可能に減速させる可変ダンパ
ー装置と、前記各支柱に前記処理槽の配列方向と
直交する水平方向に沿つて回動自在に取付けられ

前記カム板の上端および下端に沿つて移動すると
