第３図は渦電流式変位センサー本体のセンサーヘ
ツドに取り付けられる断熱板に関する他の例を示
す。他方、第４図は従来の熱対策を施した渦電流
式変位センサーによつて搬送ロールの変位を検出
している状態を示す。
１：センサー本体、２：突起、３：断熱板、４
：接着剤、５：ノズル、６：センサーヘツド、７
：搬送ロール、８：スラブ、９：縁部、１０：排
出口、１１：底壁。
