Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an improved flame-holding means so as to reduce the noise and stabilize the combustion irrespective of combustion using a premix or diffused combustion by providing inside a combustion chamber a double-cylinder device combining a nozzle and flame hole which has one or more side-wall holes in the side wall at approximately the central position in the combustion chamber, has inside a cylinder having a length extending beyond the side- wall holes upstream from the forward end, and has at the forward end a resistive member allowing air to pass through and by providing a resistive member between the wall of the combustion chamber and the device combining a nozzle and flame hole at a downstream position from the side-wall holes. CONSTITUTION:A flow of fuel, fed through a fuel pipe 2, spreads as it enters a double-cylinder nozzle-flame hold device 4 and reaches the forward end with a portion flowing through a space between the inner cylinder 5 and the inner wall of the nozzle-flame hole device 4 and the remaining larger portion flowing through the inner cylinder 5. The air for combus tion, which flows between the wall of a combustion chamber 1 and the nozzle-flame hole device 4, is partially diverted by a resistive member 7 through side-wall holes 3 into the space between the inner cylinder 5 and the inner wall of the nozzle-flame hole device 4, forms a fuel-air premix, and then reaches the forward end. えば、実公昭63−65’78号公報) 発明が解決しようとする課題 しかしながら上記のような構成では、燃焼用空気の供給
方法によって次のような課題を有していな。即ち、予混
合燃焼あるいは一次空気量を増大し燃焼を行うと乱流で
高負荷の騒音の高い燃焼を行い、二次空気量を増大し燃
焼を行うと謀り発生しやすいそして燃焼量の増加時に保
炎部の不安定な燃焼を行いやすいといった課題を有して
いた。

前記燃焼室間に抵抗体(例えば金網、セラミックス等)
を備えたものである。

を形成せず供給される場合もある。)この燃焼室1内の
略中実軸上には燃料管2を介して側壁に1個ないし複数
個の側壁孔3を有する先太の円筒状ノズル兼炎孔4が設
けである。そしてこのノズル兼炎孔4の内部には先端か
ら前記側壁孔3の上流に至る筒長を有する内筒5が略同
心円上に設けてありかつ前記ノズル兼炎孔4及び内筒5
の先端を通気性を有する抵抗体6を設けた二重構造とし
ている。そしてさらに前記側壁孔3より下流で前記ノズ
ル兼炎孔4と前記燃焼室1間に抵抗体7を設けである。

端の抵抗体6より燃料・予混合気を環状に噴出する。そ
してノズル兼炎孔4の先端のリム近傍に形成される淀み
領域(a)に予混合気が供給され、点火源(記載せず)
によって着火後強固かつ安定した保炎を形成し、低騒音
の旋回状長火炎を形成することができる。

、前記側壁孔より下流で前記ノズル兼炎孔と前記燃焼室
間に抵抗体を備えた燃焼装置であるので、保炎強化によ
る安定した燃焼と低騒音化を図ることができるものであ
る。
