- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面処理機より発生する気体の吸込口を端
部に形成した電気炉を構成し、該電気炉の他端に
は触媒装置を取付けると共に、該触媒装置の先端
には気体の放出口を設けたことを特徴とする表面
処理機用オゾン浄化装置。 (2) 複数の積重されたヒータケースに、ヒータ
を敷設するためのヒータ溝を連続して形成し、該
ヒータ溝の底面に空気穴を多数穿設した電気炉。 (3) 複数の積重されたヒータケースに、ヒータ
を敷設するためのヒータ溝を連続して形成し、該
ヒータ溝の底面に横長孔を構成した電気炉。
