イド部材を前後移動自在に装着するとともに、ス
ライド部材の前端付近にベルト部材の他端部を連
結可能に構成し、 上記スライド部材に設けたラツクとガイド部材
に枢着したピニオンとからなるラツク・ピニオン
機構によつてスライド部材を前後に所定ストロー
ク移動可能に構成し、 上記ピニオンを回転駆動する駆動手段又はピニ
オンを手動にて回転操作する操作手段を設け、 上記ガイド部材に、ピニオンを回転させスライ
ド部材を前方へ移動させるときのピニオンの回転
のみを許すラチエツト機構を設け、上記ラチエツ
ト機構のラチエツト爪を作用位置と不作用位置と
に切換可能に構成し、 上記ベルト部材の一端部を一方の側壁部材に連
結するとともに他端部をスライド部に連結した状
